Please keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for this link to be sent to your inbox. Requesting multiple emails will delay the delivery of an active verification link.
I still haven’t received a verification email
If the email still hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, please try the following steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Check your spam settings to make sure you can receive emails from notification@wish.com
- Check that your internet service provider is not blocking email traffic from Wish.com
If you’re still not having any luck, we recommend signing up using an alternate email address. You can also contact us directly for further support.
What do I do if my verification link expires?
Once we send you the verification email, you’ll have 24 hours to open the link and verify your email address. If the link isn’t opened within 24 hours of receiving the email, it will expire.
However, you can go through the signup process again to receive a new verification link.
I already had a Wish account and I’ve been asked to verify my email
Not to worry, we’ll send you a verification link to the email address you used at signup. From there, you can open that link and continue finding awesome things on the Wish marketplace.
What if I lose access to the email address I used for my Wish account?
If you no longer have access to the email account you used at signup, you can request a manual email verification through our Customer Support team.
