How do I checkout?

To place an order, follow the steps below for your preferred shopping method.

Mobile App

1. When the items you’d like to order are added to your cart, head to checkout.
2. Select your preferred shipping method for every item in your order. 
3. If you have a promo code you want to use, enter it to apply it to the order.
4. When you’re ready to place your order, tap Continue to Checkout to enter your payment information and shipping address.
5. When you enter your payment details and shipping address, tap Done.
6. Once you confirm your order information is correct, tap Place order.

We’ll send you a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Web

1. When the items you’d like to order are added to your cart, head to checkout.
2. Review and confirm the items in your cart.
3. Review and verify your shipping address and payment method by clicking on Edit under Shipping.
4. Select your preferred shipping method for each item in your cart.
5. If you have a promo code you want to use, copy and paste it into the Apply a coupon space found under the Order Summary.
6. Click Place Order under Order Summary on the right side of the page.

Congratulations—you’ve just placed an order! A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on your Wish account with your order details. You can also follow its journey in your Order History.
