What’s a Premier Merchant?

When you purchase items from a Premier Merchant on Wish, you’re ordering from the best of our marketplace! 

To earn the Premier badge (), merchants must meet or exceed the criteria set by our Wish Standards program. We track a variety of metrics to determine a merchant's ranking and reward them for providing an outstanding customer experience. To reach or maintain their Premier status, a merchant must continuously meet the following criteria*: 

• Highly rated products: Their products have an average rating of 4 stars or more from happy customers.
• Reliable shipping: They have a great track record for order fulfillment, quick shipping, and providing dependable tracking links for a seamless delivery experience.
• Loved by Wish customers: They have customers who love and come back to shop their other products because of their high product ratings and low rate of refunds based on product quality. 
• Complies with Wish policies: Their store shows consistency in complying with our policies which aim to keep both our merchants and customers safe and secure. 

How do I find Premier Merchants on Wish?

When you’re shopping on the Wish App or online, look for the   badge next to the shop’s name.

What about the other merchants on Wish?

Just because a store on Wish doesn’t have this coveted badge (yet), doesn’t mean it isn’t an awesome merchant. For example, we have new merchants that sign up daily, so they may not have met the above mentioned criteria to be considered Premier. Other merchants may still be working on reaching the criteria set by the Wish Standards program.
