Why does Wish no longer ship to my country?

We’re on a journey to streamline our business and improve the Wish marketplace. To do so, we’ve made the difficult decision to discontinue service to customers in some markets. 

Starting June 1, 2023, customers in Jersey will no longer be able to make purchases on the Wish marketplace. 

We apologize to all of the loyal Wish customers affected by these changes. We regularly evaluate the global market for growth opportunities. Be sure to check out location page for the most up-to-date information.

What happens to my Wish Cash, Wish Rewards, or Wish Gift Cards?

If you are located in one of the countries listed above, you will no longer be able to access or use your Wish Cash, Wish Rewards, or Wish Gift Cards. We highly recommend and encourage you to apply your Wish Cash, Wish Rewards, and/or Wish Gift Cards to purchases before this date.

Can I still access my Wish account?

Yes, you will still be able to access your account and order history through the Wish app to track any purchases made before your country’s exit dates, or to contact customer support. However, you will not be able to place new orders on Wish. 

Will I still receive an order I placed before my country’s exit date?

Orders placed before May 31st, 2023 in Jersey  will be processed and shipped. It’s important to note that merchants may cancel some orders as a result of these changes.
