Why does Wish no longer ship to my country?
We’re on a journey to streamline our business and improve the Wish marketplace. To do so, we’ve made the difficult decision to discontinue service to customers in some markets.
Starting Feb 1, 2022, customers in Indonesia will not be able to download the app or make purchases on the Wish marketplace. Starting March 1, 2022, customers in the following countries will not be able to download the app or make purchases on the Wish marketplace.

What happens to my Wish Cash, Wish Rewards, or Wish Gift Cards?
If you are located in one of the countries listed above, you will no longer be able to access Wish Cash and other credits in your account starting March 1. If you are in Indonesia, please note that you will no longer be able to access Wish Cash and credits in your account starting February 1.
We highly recommend and encourage you to apply your Wish Cash, Wish Rewards, and/or Wish Gift Cards to purchases before these dates. Orders must be placed before February 1 (for customers in Indonesia) and before March 1 (for the other countries) to be processed and shipped.

Can I still access my Wish account?
Yes, you will still be able to access your account and order history through the Wish app to track any purchases made before your country’s exit dates, or to contact customer support. However, you will not be able to place new orders on Wish.
Will I still receive an order I placed before my country’s exit date?
Orders placed before Feb 1, 2022 in Indonesia, and before March 1, 2022 in the other affected countries will be processed and shipped. It’s important to note that merchants may cancel some orders as a result of these changes.
