Overview:

ContextLogic Inc. (“CLI”) is the operator of the online e-commerce marketplace platform known as Wish. Our platform is a marketplace interface that connects consumers and merchants all over the world. Wish is available on both standard desktop and mobile web browsers, as well as a native mobile app.

Wish is committed to the trust and safety of our community, and will address any reports of product compliance and safety concerns. All merchants on the Wish platform are obligated to follow all applicable laws and regulations, as well as adhere to Wish’s Merchant Policies.

We don't act as the manufacturer, brand owner, seller, distributor, or importer of 3rd-party merchant products traded on Wish. Merchants on Wish are independently responsible for the conformity and safety of their products, as well as their regulatory compliance.

Please note that Wish is also a signatory of the European Commission’s Product Safety Pledge. Our Trust & Safety (T&S) team actively monitors reports of unsafe products alerted by the European Commission’s (EC) Safety Gate Report. This is in addition to other national and local regulatory reporting, whereby we further investigate and potentially take down any unsafe/dangerous products listed on Wish.
