How do I pay with Pix?

Pix makes it easy for Brazilian customers to instantly pay for your items using your digital wallet or bank app. 

Here’s how it works: 

1. A Pix code will be displayed on your mobile device.
2. Copy and paste the Pix code into the third party app.
3. Once your payment has been completed, you’ll receive a payment confirmation email from Wish.

What happens if I don't pay in time?

If the transaction is not paid within five business days the code will expire.

Not to worry, if this happens, you may be able to generate a new code and or have the ability to select re-purchase in order to generate a new code. Check out Pix’s help center for more information. 

Can I cancel my order with Pix?

Orders begin processing shortly after they’ve been placed, so many orders have a 30 min cancelation window. Have a look at our cancelation policy to learn more about this cancelation window and how to submit your request.
