How do I log in and log out of my Wish account?

We offer a few different ways to sign up and log in to your Wish account. 

• Email 
• Phone
• Google, Facebook, or Apple ID

Email 

Here’s how to log in using your email address:

1. On the log-in screen, enter the email address associated with your Wish account under ‘Log in’. 

2. Enter the password associated with your Wish account in the space beneath your email. 

3. Click the 'Log in' button.

4. Start shopping!

Phone

Here's how to log in using your phone number:

1. On the log-in screen, enter the phone number associated with your Wish account under ‘Log in’.
2. Enter the password associated with your Wish account in the space beneath your phone number.
3. Click the 'Log in' button.
4. Start shopping!

Google, Facebook, or Apple ID

If you signed up for Wish through your Google, Facebook, or Apple ID, you will need to log in with your Google, Facebook, or Apple ID credentials.

To access your Wish account: 

1. Click on the Google, Facebook, or Apple button on the login screen.* 

2. Enter the credentials linked to your Google, Facebook, or Apple ID account used to sign up for Wish.

3. Start shopping!

*An important note: You may have to check your preferred browser settings to enable pop-ups to enter your login credentials for these accounts.

Users who have signed up for Wish with Google, Facebook, or Apple ID cannot request a password reset. Follow the directions above to log in successfully or if you need help with your Google, Facebook, or Apple ID password, check out their Help Center articles:

How do I log out of my Wish account?

To log out of your account, follow the steps according to your preferred device type: 

Wish App

1. Open the app menu by tapping the icon on the bottom-right corner of the screen
2. From the menu page, select the cogwheel in the top right corner of your screen. 
3. Select ‘Log out’.

Web Browser

1. Hover over your avatar in the top right corner of the homepage. 
2. From the dropdown menu, select ‘Log out’. 

Why can’t I log into my account?

Are you experiencing some trouble logging in? When you’re trying to access your Wish account, check the following: 

1. Use the correct login method - Keep in mind you must use the method you used at sign-up to log in to your account. If you signed up by email, you won’t be able to log in with your Google, Facebook, or Apple account. 
2. Enter the email address associated with your account - Make sure you’re entering the correct email spelling and domain. If you have multiple accounts, try each one until you gain access to your Wish account. 
3. Check your password - Double-check that you’re using the correct case sentences, that everything is spelled correctly, and that there are no spaces before or after your password.
