How do I download an order invoice?

Customers in the UK can download order invoices from the Order Details page in their Order History.

To download an invoice, please access your Wish account from your preferred web browser and follow the steps below: 

1. Select View order details next to the order you need an invoice for in your Order History.
2. Go to the item you would like to download an invoice for and click Item Details.
3. Under Payment Method, click View Invoices.
4. Select the invoice you would like to view.

You will not be able to download your order invoice from the mobile app at this time. Please note that the order confirmation sent to your email is not a VAT invoice.
