To keep you up-to-date on Wish’s exciting promos, consider opting in to receive text or email, or push notifications.
Text Messages
Want to receive SMS / text messages about new and exciting promos from Wish? Here’s how to opt in:
- Go to your Order History.
- Click Sign up to get mobile updates on your delivery and promotions! at the top of your Order History page.
- Opt in by tapping Yes, text me at XXX-XXX-XXXX.

How can I stop receiving text messages from Wish?
You can opt out of receiving SMS or text messages from Wish by replying STOP via text or through the Notifications page on your account.
Here’s how to turn off mobile messaging through the app or through the website.
Mobile app
- Open the app menu by tapping the icon on the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Tap the gear or cogwheel on the top right corner.
- Tap Notifications.
- Tap the Mobile Messaging checkbox to deselect this option.
- Make sure that the checkbox is unchecked before leaving the page.
In case you change your mind, just tap the Mobile Messaging checkbox again to start receiving text notifications.
Web
- From a non-mobile device, open your web browser and go to www.wish.com.
- Log into your Wish account.
- Hover over your profile name in the top-right corner of the screen, and click Settings.
- Click Notifications.
- Under SMS notifications, click the checkbox next to Block all SMS notifications.
- Make sure that the checkbox is selected before leaving the page.
Emails
When you open an account with Wish, you’ll automatically be enrolled to receive email notifications about new deals, promotions, rewards, or when any items you love come back in stock. You can choose what kind of emails you receive in your inbox through your Email Settings.*
*Please note that you will continue to receive order confirmation emails despite any changes you make to your email settings. |

Why haven’t I received any emails or notifications from Wish?
If you’re not receiving our emails, try the following:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Check your spam settings to make sure you can receive emails from notification@wish.com.
- Add 'notification@wish.com’ to your address book.
- Check that your ISP is not blocking email traffic from Wish.com.
We also recommend making sure that you have your notifications enabled for your Wish account.
Push notifications
We’ll send you push notifications for order updates, when there’s special deals or promotions on Wish, system updates, or if you have any new rewards to take advantage of.
Here’s how you can opt into or change your push notification settings.
Mobile app
