Occasionally, unique circumstances such as weather, COVID-related logistics delays, or customs inspections may cause a delivery to be delayed. In this situation, the estimated delivery date may be updated in the Wish app.
We monitor delivery statuses closely. In the event that a package is delayed significantly and has not arrived by the maximum delivery date in the Wish app, you can request a refund by opening a ticket for your item in the app.
Please note that it’s not possible to request a refund for a package that is still in transit and within the maximum delivery date. We calculate a maximum delivery date for every item in case there are delays that are out of our control. If your item does not arrive by the maximum delivery date, you can place your refund request within 30 days from this date.
All packages that haven’t arrived past the maximum delivery date are backed by our Money Back Guarantee. If a delivery delay causes a package to arrive late and it’s no longer needed or wanted, we do offer a 30-day return policy on all Wish purchases.
