There may be circumstances where we need to authenticate your account through two-factor authentication to ensure your account is secure.
To do this, you will be prompted to receive a security code to your email address or phone number on file with Wish.
Here are a few things to check if you encounter troubles authenticating your account:
- If you need to add or update a phone number, you can find instructions on how to do this here.
- Check your SPAM or Junk folder. Your authentication code may have ended up there by mistake.
- If you’re not receiving SMS / text messages, please make sure you have opted in to receive SMS notifications from Wish. You can learn how to do this here.
- If you still need help authenticating, please click the Need Help? link on the verification page. From here, you will be required to upload identification so that we can manually verify your account.
