There is currently no evidence to show that the virus can be transmitted via packages from China. Also, since Wish is a global platform that connects customers with stores across the world, your order could ship from a variety of locations depending on the store's location.
However, if you would still like to cancel your order, please go to Customer Support for the item you need assistance with.
From a non-mobile device, you can visit this link to view to your Order History. At the bottom of the applicable Item Details page, click Contact Support to load the Wish Assistant. If you're within the cancellation window, the Wish Assistant can process your item cancellation and you will not be charged.
