Wish Cash and Gift Card Policy

Gift Cards

The risk of loss and title to any gift cards passes to the purchaser upon transmission to the recipient. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Wish will not have liability to you for (i) lost or stolen Wish Gift cards or (ii) use of any Wish gift cards by third parties through your Wish account. You are solely responsible for keeping the password for your Wish account safe and for any activity conducted under your account.

Please note that Wish Gift Cards are no longer available for purchase.

Wish Gift Cards cannot be:

1. Returned or refunded for cash except in jurisdictions where required by law.
2. Redeemed in a different ContextLogic app.
3. Transferred from one user to another.

You may not:

1. Sell or resell Wish gift cards.
2. Use Wish gift cards in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities (including without limitation via websites, Internet advertisements, email, telemarketing, direct mail, newspaper and magazine advertisements, and radio and television broadcasts) or any other activity that suggests or implies an endorsement, sponsorship or formal relationship with Wish.

Wish Cash

Items purchased with Wish Cash cannot be refunded for real-world money. If the item was purchased with Wish Cash, the refund will be issued in Wish Cash.

Wish Cash cannot be:

1. Redeemed for real-world money.
2. Redeemed in a different ContextLogic app.
3. Transferred from one user to another.
