Since orders begin processing shortly after they've been placed, there is a limited window for cancellation requests. To cancel an item, please go to your Order History and open a ticket for the item you need assistance with.
If you're within the cancellation window, the Wish Assistant can process your item cancellation and you will not be charged.
Please keep in mind that if the order is outside the cancellation window or has already shipped, we're unable to cancel it. If Wish Assistant is unable to cancel your order, you can always return your order for a full refund.
