Made an order by mistake, ordered the wrong size or color, or maybe you chose the wrong Ship to Store pickup location? Don’t worry, Wish has your back.
For most purchases, you can make changes to your order, including cancelations, within the 30 minute cancelation window after placing the order.* This ensures that stores will fulfill and ship it quickly!
Here’s how to submit a cancelation request with Wish Assistant:
- Visit this link to view your Order History.
- At the bottom of the applicable Item Details page, click ‘Need help with this item?’ to load the Wish Assistant.
- If you're within the 30 minute cancelation window, the Wish Assistant can process your item cancelation and you will not be charged.
Please keep in mind that if the order is outside the 30 minute cancelation window or has already shipped, we're unable to update or cancel it. Not to worry, you can request a return for your order for a full refund. Check out this article here for more information.

Can I cancel a Ship to Store order?
Like regular orders, you’ll only have 30 mins after the order is placed to request a cancelation through Wish Assistant. Once the item has been processed and shipped to the store, you may choose to pick it up or Contact Support to open a refund request.
Keep in mind that if you do not collect your order by the pickup deadline, your Ship to Store order will automatically be canceled. However, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee.
