At Wish, we take your privacy and security very seriously. That’s why, when you notice suspicious activity, we’re here to help.
Here’s a couple of cases that might raise some alarm bells.
You’ve received an order confirmation email for an order you did not place
On the off chance you receive an order confirmation email for an order you did not place, please email support@wish.com your user ID and the suspicious order number(s). You can find out how to locate your user ID here.
We also recommend changing your password on your Wish account to a new, unique password.
You’re receiving emails from Wish when you did not sign up for an account
In some cases, someone may have mistakenly entered your email address when registering for a Wish account.
If you do not have an account and you’re receiving unwanted emails from Wish, send us a message at support@wish.com using the email address that was mistakenly registered. Once we're able to confirm this information, we will take the appropriate steps to restrict the Wish account linked to your email.
