Need to update your shipping address or did you order the wrong size or color item by mistake? Click on one of the following instances to learn more about our order change policy.
Before placing an order on Wish, you can change the shipping address directly at the top of your shopping cart.
However if you’d like to change the shipping address after placing an order, you’ll have a limited time window to do so. You can get the process started through the Wish Assistant or follow the steps below according to your preferred device:
- From your Avatar dropdown, click Order History.
- Click Order Details on the order you’d like to change.
- Click Change Shipping Address.
- From the three bar navigation menu, click on Your Orders or Order History.
- Select the item or order you need to change.
- Follow the prompts in Wish Assistant to change the address.
Once the update window has passed or your order has shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address. We recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking number(s) to see if they can reroute your order to the correct address. You may also cancel your order and place it again to ship to the correct address.
After an order has been placed, it's no longer possible to change the shipping speed or method. However, you’re more than welcome to cancel your order to change the shipping method if it’s still within the cancelation window.
However, we are pleased to offer an expedited shipping option for select items and markets. This shipping option, when available, must be selected on a per item basis during the checkout process.
Items eligible for Wish Express shipping are marked with an orange truck icon when available. Some sizes and/or color variations may not be eligible.

Sadly, we’re unable to make changes to individual items in your order once it’s placed. However, you’re welcome to cancel your order and purchase the item with the necessary changes. Check out our article How do I cancel an order? to learn more about our cancelation policy.
At this time, you cannot change your payment method or payment date through the Wish app. However, please contact us directly through Wish Assistant if you have any questions about your payment method or payment date(s).
