Pickup Now
You can cancel your Pickup Now order at any time after you’ve placed the order. Please note that you have 7 days after the payment has been processed to pick up your item. After 7 days the order will automatically be canceled and refunded.
Select a device type below and follow the steps provided to cancel your Pickup Now item.
iOS
- Go to your Order History.
- Navigate to the relevant order and tap to open.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Contact Support.
- Follow the prompts based on your situation.
- Cancel your order and let us know your reason for cancellation.
- Select one refund method (Wish Cash or Original payment method).
Android
- Go to your Order History.
- Navigate to the relevant order and tap to open.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Contact Support.
- Follow the prompts based on your situation.
- Cancel your order and let us your reason for cancellation.
- Select your refund method.
Web
- Visit your Order History.
- Navigate to the relevant order and click Contact Support.
- Follow the prompts based on your situation.
- Cancel your order and let us know your reason for cancellation.
- Select your refund method.
Your refund will be processed within an hour and may take up to 14 business days to appear on your account. Please note that if you were charged a processing fee, you will not be refunded for this fee.
Ship to Store
Ship to Store items must be canceled within 8 hours of purchase in order to receive a refund in its original form of payment. You will receive a pickup notification when each item is available. Please note that you will have a limited window to pick up your item from the store, after which, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order minus a restocking fee.
To cancel your Ship to Store item select a device type below and follow the steps provided.

- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Contact Support.
- Tap Cancel my item.
- Select your reason for canceling the order.
- Select your refund method.
Android
- Go to your Order History.
- Navigate to the relevant order and tap to open.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Contact Support.
- Tap Cancel my item.
- Select your reason for canceling the order.
- Select your refund method.
Web
- Visit your Order History.
- Navigate to the relevant order and click Contact Support.
- Tap Cancel my item.
- Select your reason for canceling the order.
- Select your refund method.
Your refund will be processed within an hour and may take up to 14 business days to appear on your account.
Cancellations or any changes to the order cannot be made outside of the 8-hour cancellation window. Once the item has been processed by the store, you may choose to pick it up or Contact Support to open a refund request.
