To pick up your Ship to Store item, you must present the scannable QR code to the store for the item(s). Please keep in mind that the store you’re picking up from cannot provide more information about your order if you do not have the scannable QR code.
Here are some other important things to keep in mind when picking up your Ship to Store order:
- Please be respectful of other customers, store staff, and the store’s hours for when going to a pickup.
- Please follow all local ordinances in regards to mask requirements and social distancing.
- Please do not leave reviews for your Wish products on the store’s social pages. Product reviews can be done through the Wish app or website.
- If you need a refund or return for your Wish products, please contact us directly. Stores cannot process refunds for Ship to Store items.
When can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your Ship to Store item when the order status updates Ready for Pickup in your Order History. Be sure to check your email and app notifications to receive updates on your order. You can check your notifications in your Account Settings.
A Ship to Store order will first need to be shipped to the store. We’ll notify you once your item has been received and processed by the store. In the meantime, you can check the status of your order on the Order Details page in your Order History.
Please note if you don't pick up your order, you may be charged a non-refundable restocking fee.
Where do I pick up my order?
You can pick up your Ship to Store item at the store listed under Pickup Details, which you can find by locating the order and clicking the item on the Order Details page.

iOS and Android App
- Go to your Order History.
- Navigate to the relevant order.
- Make sure that the order status reads Available for pickup.
- Tap on the order.
- Go to the location listed under Pickup Details.
- Tap on Hours & Directions to see store details.
- Once at the store, show the QR code to a store member.
- The store member will scan the QR code and retrieve your item for you.
Web
- Visit your Order History.
- Navigate to the relevant order.
- Make sure that the order status reads Available for pickup.
- Click Pickup Instructions.
- Go to the location listed under Pickup Details.
- Once at the store, show the QR code to a store member.
- The store member will scan the QR code and retrieve your item for you.
- If you are unable to show the QR code from your mobile device, we recommend printing out the QR code prior to picking up your item(s).
