If you ordered something by mistake, you can cancel the order within 8 hours of placing it.
To cancel an order, please go to your Order History and click Customer Support for the order you need assistance with, and our Wish Assistant will help you cancel it. After clicking this option, your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged.
Please keep in mind that if the order was placed over 8 hours prior or has already shipped, you won't be able to cancel it. If you encounter any issues once you receive your order, please contact Customer Support and we'll be happy to help.
