Promo codes
Promo codes help you save even more by offering discounts off your orders.
Here are a few ways that you can find a promo code*:
- View the top of your product list in the app
- Complete the Daily Login Bonus challenge
- Check your push notifications for new promo codes
- Open your emails to look for new promo codes

To use a promo code, you can apply it in the app under the Apply promo option or enter it in your cart at checkout. Only one promo code can be used on an order and you cannot use the same code on multiple purchases. You can check out our Payments article to learn more about payments, pricing, and promotions.
Once an order has been placed, you will not be able to apply a promo code. If you want to use the promo code, please cancel your order (see: How do I cancel my order?), and remember to apply the promo at checkout.
When a code is invalid, used, or expired, you will see an error message in red. If you're unable to use your discount code before it expires, we're unable to regrant, recreate, or replace the discount.
If you used a promotion code towards the purchase of an order that you cancelled, your promo code will not be returned to you.
Why didn’t I get the full 50% discount?
Most of our promotions allow 'up to' 50% discount, therefore, the discount percentage can vary between 5% - 50%.
Shipping Promotions
We sometimes offer free shipping as part of a promotion. These promos discount Flat Rate Shipping. In order to qualify for free shipping, your order must include eligible items that meet the required order minimum. On checkout, you must select the free shipping option. For more information on Flat Rate Shipping, please see here.
Please note that not all shipping destinations are eligible for free shipping.
Exclusions and Restrictions
Please note the following list of exclusions and restrictions that generally apply to promo codes:
- Cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.
- Codes may not be combined with other offers, unless specified.
- Codes may be redeemed only once, unless specified.
- Codes must be entered at checkout.
- Codes may have a minimum purchase requirement.
- Codes may have a maximum redemption value.
- Valid through dates specified on coupon or promotion.
- Void where restricted or prohibited by law.
- Wish cannot guarantee the validity of promo codes found on third-party coupon sites.
- Wish reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke promo codes at any time.
Reward points
Rewards help you earn points that, like alchemy, you can turn into discounts. You earn points each time you complete various activities within the app. Now, that's solid gold!
Here's a few ways you can earn points:
- Make a purchase
- Review a purchase
- Upload a photo with your review
Once you have earned points, you can redeem them for various coupons, such as 5%, 10%, and 15% coupons in the Rewards section.
You can view your available rewards and coupons in the Rewards section of the app. From your browser, you’ll find your balance under the Rewards section when you hover your mouse over your avatar.
