If you’re not receiving our emails, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Check your spam settings to make sure you can receive emails from firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Add 'email@example.com’ to your address book.
- Check that your ISP is not blocking email traffic from Wish.com.
We also recommend making sure that you have your notifications enabled for your Wish account.
You can subscribe to email communications by following these steps:
- Visit Settings at https://www.wish.com/settings.
- Click Notifications on the left panel.
- Check the appropriate boxes to determine the type of notifications you receive.
