You can update your email address, password, billing information, contact info, and addresses under your Account Settings. To make this a bit easier, we’ll show you how to update your account information using both the mobile app and the web version of the marketplace.
Email address
Mobile app
- Open the app menu by tapping the icon on the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Tap the gear or cogwheel in the top right corner.
- Tap Account Settings.
- Tap Change Email Address.
- Enter your new email address in both the New email address and Confirm email address fields.
- Enter your Wish Password.
- Tap the blue Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.
- A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address.
- Confirm your new email address.
Once you complete these steps, you'll receive your Wish emails at your updated email address.
Web
- From a non-mobile device, enter www.wish.com into your preferred browser.
- Visit your Account Settings.
- Enter your new email address in the Email field.
- A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address.
- Confirm your new email address.
Password
Mobile app
- Open the app menu by tapping the icon on the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Tap the gear or cogwheel on the top right corner.
- Tap Account Settings.
- Tap Change Password.
- Enter your existing password in the Old Password field then enter your new password in the New Password field.
- Tap the blue Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.
Web
- From a non-mobile device, visit your Account Settings.
- Scroll down to the Password section.
- Enter your existing password in the Old Password field then enter your new password in both the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
- Click Change Password.
Phone
Mobile app
- Open the app menu by tapping the three-bar icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Tap the gear or cogwheel on the top right corner.
- Click Manage Addresses.
- Click Edit.
- Change your phone number in the Phone Number box.
Web
- Visit Settings.
- Click Account Settings on the left panel.
- Click the Get Reset Key, and text the code from your current or new phone to the number provided to reset your phone number.
- After you text the key, you'll receive a confirmation text message.
Billing address
It’s important to note that the following instructions are for updating your credit card billing address only. To update the billing address for another payment method (e.g. PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay etc.), you'll need to do so directly through the payment method's website.
Mobile app
- Open the app menu by tapping the three-bar icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Tap the gear or cogwheel on the top right corner.
- Tap Manage Payments.
- Tap Delete on the card you wish to update, and then tap Delete Payment.
- Tap Add New Payment.
- Re-enter your credit card information, and then tap Add Billing Address.
- Complete the billing address form, and tap Add New Payment Method.
Web
- From a non-mobile device, visit your cart.
- Before placing your order, click Edit under Billing.
- Enter your credit card information then complete the billing address form.
Shipping address
Mobile app
- Open the app menu by tapping the three-bar icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Tap the gear or cogwheel on the top right corner.
- Tap Manage Addresses.
- Tap Edit on the address you'd like to update or Add New Address if you wish to enter a new shipping address.
- Update your shipping information or complete the shipping address form, and then tap Save or Save Shipping Address.
Web
- From a non-mobile device, visit your cart.
- Before placing your order, click Edit under Shipping.
- Update your shipping address then click Next.
Once you’ve completed these steps, you may need to verify your shipping address. If this is the case, select your preferred address and click Use This Address.
Payment details
To delete your billing information, and add new payment details, please follow the steps below for your device type.
Mobile app
- Open the app menu by tapping the three-bar icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Tap the gear or cogwheel on the top right corner.
- Click Manage Payments.
- Click the Delete icon under Payment Methods
- To add a payment option, tap Add New Payment.
- Re-enter your credit card information.
- Complete the billing address form and tap Add New Payment Method.
Web
- Visit Settings.
- Click Payment Settings on the left panel.
- Click Delete under Billing Details.
- To add new payment details, go to your cart.
- Before placing your order, select your preferred payment method.
- If you choose the credit card option, enter your credit card information.
- Complete the billing address form.
- If your billing and shipping address is the same, click the checkbox next to Same as shipping address.
- Click Next to continue placing your order.
