We hope you love your new favorite thing. However, in case your order isn’t everything you dreamed of, you may return it so long as it falls within our Return Policy.
Returning Items
If you need to request a return, please contact us to start your request within 30 days of delivery. We have no obligation to consider requests placed outside of these timeframes. You can view more about our policy here.
In certain cases, such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you may be required to provide photos. In other cases, such as with higher value items (including a high-value item that is incorrect or arrived defective or damaged), you may be required to return the item to receive a refund.
In most cases to receive your refund, we’ll ask you to send the item back. If you are required to return an item, you may be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Return Status
You can track the status of your return using the tracking number on the shipping label if one is provided. Once the item is delivered and scanned at the return center, you will be automatically refunded for the item. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to process back to your original form of payment.
If you paid with Wish Cash or selected to be refunded with Wish Cash, your account will be automatically credited with Wish Cash and be applied on your next purchase.
If the tracking information shows that the item has already been delivered and you have yet to receive your refund after 14 business days, you can contact us directly using Wish Assistant.
Return Exceptions
Please keep in mind the following items fall outside of our return policy:
- Perishables - If the item you order is perishable, it is not eligible for return or refund in most cases.
- Excluded Items - Certain Health & Hygiene Items (e.g. skin lotion, toothpaste) or electronic media, such as software, are not eligible for return or refund if the seal is broken (i.e it has been opened).
- Services - If you purchase services from a local provider, your ability to obtain a refund is subject to the provider’s policies.
