Since orders begin processing shortly after they've been placed, there is a limited window for cancellation requests. To cancel an item, please go to Customer Support and locate the item you need assistance with.
From a non-mobile device, you can visit this link to view to your Order History. At the bottom of the applicable Item Details page, click Contact Support to load the Wish Assistant. If you're within the cancellation window, the Wish Assistant can process your item cancellation and you will not be charged.

Please keep in mind that if the order is outside the cancellation window or has already shipped, we're unable to cancel it. If Wish Assistant is unable to cancel your order, you can always return your order for a full refund.
