Whenever possible, we recommend accessing your return shipping label from a desktop computer or non-mobile device. Some mobile devices have trouble loading labels.
Additionally, if you access the Wish Assistant for your order from a non-mobile device, you’ll be given the option to download the label directly onto your computer.
When printing your shipping label, we recommend checking your connection with the printer and/or printer settings to ensure that everything is set up correctly.
Since returns are processed based on their associated return labels, we require that the return label is printed and attached to your return package.
If you don't have a way to print the label at home, or if you’re having difficulties with your printer, seek out your local internet café, public library, print shop, or a nearby friend or family member to print the return label.
Lost your shipping label? No problem! You can resend your return label by contacting us directly through the app. From there, you will be given the option to have the return label sent to you again by selecting the Resend Return Label prompt.
