Once the item is delivered and scanned at the return center, you will be automatically refunded for the item. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process back to your original form of payment. If you used Wish Cash to purchase the item or chose to receive your refund back as Wish Cash, your refund should appear immediately in your Wish Cash balance and be available for use on your next Wish order.
If the tracking information shows that the item has already been delivered and you have yet to receive your refund, please contact Wish Customer Support through the app or on web and follow the relevant prompts.
