If you’re not 100% happy with your Wish order, you can request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Please submit a request through Wish Assistant and we’ll get straight to work on your refund.
You may also cancel an order for a full refund within the cancelation window. Read this article here for more information about our cancelation process.
We have no obligation to consider requests placed outside of the 30 business days. For more information, check out our policy page.
Ship to store items that are not picked up by the end of the pickup window indicated in your order details may be ineligible for refunds. For more information, please review the information here.
All deliveries are protected by our Money Back Guarantee. If your item does not arrive by the Refund Eligible Date indicated in your Order History, you can contact us directly to submit your refund request within 30 days.
If you are asked to return your item, you will receive an automatic refund once it is delivered and scanned into one of our warehouses. To view the details of your refund, please refer to your order details in your Order History.
You should be able to see your Wish Cash refund in your Wish Cash balance shortly after the refund is processed. For other payment methods, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process back to your original form of payment.
If you paid using EBANX OXXO, your refund may appear as one of the following:
- A money transfer to the bank account linked to your EBANX account
- Or a credit returned to your EBANX account

When returning multiple items, your bank may keep the original charge on your statement and issue individual refunds for each item on different dates.
If you're not seeing the refund after 10 business days and the order is marked ‘delivered’, please first contact your credit card or banking financial institution to confirm the credit has appeared in your account. If you’re still not seeing the refund after contacting your bank, you can contact us directly through Wish Assistant for help.
If you’re returning your item and it’s been received by the merchant or at one of our warehouses, your refund or credit for the amount of the purchase and the standard shipping fees will be returned to the original method of payment (subject to certain exceptions, as explained in the next paragraph).
Please keep in mind that if you used a promotion code or Wish gift card towards the purchase of the order that was refunded, your total return amount will be the original payment minus the discount. Expedited shipping fees, promotions, and Wish Gift Cards are non-refundable. In some cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees for your return.
