If eligible Wish Picks drop in price within 30 days of delivery, you may qualify for a refund. The difference will be credited to you in Wish Cash. Learn more about how to redeem Wish Cash here.
How to claim a Price Protection refund
If your Wish Picks item decreases in price within 30 days of delivery, you can request a refund.
Here’s how you can reach Wish Assistant to claim your refund.
Mobile
- Open the app menu by tapping the three-bar icon on the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Tap Order History.
- Locate the item you have an issue with and tap on the item itself to open the Item Details page.
- Locate and tap the Need help with this item? Section.
- Tap the Contact Support button.
- From here, select ‘Item’s price has changed’
- Our friendly support bot Wish Assistant will offer you the help you need.
Web
- From a non-mobile device, log into your Wish account through www.wish.com.
- Hover over your avatar at the top-right of the page and click on Get help.
- Select the Wish Picks Item
- Select ‘Item’s price has changed’
- Our friendly support bot Wish Assistant will offer you the help you need.
*Price protection can be claimed once per item.
30-day Price Protection policy
Wish will provide a price match if the list price of Wish Picks purchased was reduced within 30 days of delivery in the same country or region.
Wish Picks that are on sale, no longer available, or subject to other unspecified conditions, may not be eligible for the 30-day Price Protection policy. Fees including but not limited to shipping fees, will be excluded from any price change calculation.
The shipment of your order will not be affected by applying for a ‘Price Change’ refund before you receive your item(s).
Wish reserves the right to final interpretation of the 30-day Price Protection policy and the right to modify the terms of the policy at any time.
