The Estimated Delivery Date Range depends on a few things:
- The individual merchant’s processing time
- Where the item is shipping from
- The shipping destination
- The shipping carriers delivery performance
- Our own shipping data from other customers in your area who have previously bought and received items from the same merchant
With standard and Ship to Store shipping options, items will ship from the same country that the store is located in. For express shipping, items may ship from a different location that is closer to the shipping destination.
Why are delivery date ranges so long?
We’re working towards more reliable Estimated Delivery Date Ranges in an effort to ensure you receive your item within the timeframe we provide. You may see longer delivery times as a result, but we want you to have all the information you need upfront to have the best shopping experience on Wish.
Additionally, outside factors, such as current events or shipping carrier delays, may change the actual arrival date of your item.
The good news is your delivery is covered by our Money Back Guarantee. To learn more, check out this article here.
Why did the estimated delivery date range of my order change?
Remember that unique, external or other extenuating circumstances such as weather, COVID-related logistics delays, or customs inspections may cause a delivery to be delayed. In this situation, the estimated delivery date may be updated in the Wish app.
We monitor delivery statuses closely and all deliveries are protected under the Money Back Guarantee. If an order arrives after the Refund Eligibility date, you’re eligible for a refund back to the original method of payment. If it does arrive and it’s no longer needed or wanted, get in touch with us directly and we’ll make things right.
